Every programme has a theory behind it. If we do these activities, with these people, with this kaupapa, then this is the change we'll see. Most organisations have never written theirs down, which makes it hard to measure impact, hard to secure funding, and hard to explain the work to someone who wasn't in the room when it was designed.
Nui Research Theory of Change makes that logic explicit. We run a workshop series with your team, map the pathway from activity through to long-term outcome, and deliver a Theory of Change document your organisation can use for funding bids, evaluation frameworks and strategic planning.
